False Positive ban for hacking

Hi. Name's Jason. Jumped on to your BF4 server today just to have some fun, but apparently I was doing too well because I was kicked AND Perma-banned for hacking/cheating.
Here's the thing though... I don't hack, and I don't cheat. Never have. I don't even know where to find the files or software to install these hacks people keep using. So if you're going to ban someone for hacking, don't you think you should be sure before you do it?
