Here is what was mentioned from the makers of CODMW3 on USA today:
"Dedicated servers. For PC fans, this was a frustrating omission from Modern Warfare 2. But dedicated servers will return, with the ability to browse and select favorites as well as the ability to set up and administer servers"

Yes indeed! I am psyched about it. Waiting for November 8...our MW3 server will probably go live that day as well

I am hoping that by going live that day we will get in on the ground floor and have an easier time getting the server self-sustaining.
