BF3 Beta

BETA Started - just got my invite. See Ya in The Operation Metro.

-Battlefield 3 beta will run until October 10.
-There is no player level limit on the beta and no limit on how much you can unlock.
-One game mode, Rush, and one map, Operation Metro will be available.
-The Operation Metro map has undergone changes since the alpha.
-The beta is limited to 32 players on PC, 24 on console.
-Beta size will be around 2-3 GB.
-The netcode has been re-written from the alpha trial.
-Origin is required to play the beta on
-PC.Stats and ranks will not carry over into the final game.
-The beta won’t include all the graphics features which will make it in the final version.

Now I don't feel so sad to be missing out on the Beta. I played operation Metro enough on Alpha. I can wait until the full release.

But actually they changed the Rush points around and put extra scenery and things in the map so its a little different then alpha not by much though, but i was sad too about it being operation metro for the beta too!Didn't they say we were getting new maps for the beta?

So any thoughts on the Beta from those who have had a chance to try it out?

Not sure why it looks so bad, Maybe its just the Beta. Although When I played the Alpha my game looked much better then that. I run an ATI HD5670 card, so you should have a little better quality then me. I know that in Beta a lot of the video settings don't actually work even though you can adjust them.
