Hi {FF}Aman,

I am disappointed in your decision to once again ban me solely on the basis of kill/death ratio. This appears to be your main driver in formulating this decision and also the strange values (referring to Kill/Hit ratio (or K/H) which appear in red on the site referred).

On the face of it, I can certainly understand why you came to this conclusion! But if you could permit me to explain these strange K/H values, it might help you to reconsider.

Firstly this “stat site” does not take into account kills made in vehicles (ie jets, choppers, tanks etc). Sure it records the “kills” and the “kill assists” stats made, but not the actual shots fired to achieve a kill against a soldier or another vehicle.

Now in my case I have very low number of kills as a foot soldier 33 kills to be exact, using a number of different small arms, some are these were one shot kills like knife, SMALL and Stinger. I fired a total of 268 shots from those weapons to achieve this.

Now this is where the anomaly occurs, and is creating massive errors! Because I only fly jets and choppers, my recorded shots fired hasn’t increased from the 268 value. So as my kills in jets/choppers continues to rise, the hits value doesn’t, therefore creating these massive K/H ratio errors.

EA needs to fix the recording of shots fired from vehicles. Or this type of K/H ratio error needs to be re-considered when making a determination about whether a player is cheating.

If you check my Head Shot values they are very low (high values are an indicator of use of aimbots).

My kills per minute which isn’t affected by use of vehicles is also quite low = 0.33 kills per minute.

I once again state I do not hack or cheat. I have spent many hours in jets and choppers to achieve a relatively high K/D ratio. However having said this I do not consider myself as a pro jet pilot. There are many pilots out there that blast me out of the sky in a dog fight! When such players come in I generally retreat to the stationary AA.

I hope you reconsider this appeal on the basis of this new information.

Regards

Hello Again,

Further to my last email I made a mistake and reported that I had fired a total of 268 shots from small arms. This should be 3856 shots fired for a total number of 268 hits on target, which gave an accuracy of 6.95 %. However it is this hit number of 268 shots which has not changed as I haven’t fired a small arm for a while to change this, when you refer to this particular site: https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/The1Eagles

By the way if you are wondering why I don’t do the foot soldier thing, well the reason is I suck at it. Might have to do with my ping and lag. My internet connection is not that great. However in vehicles when the distances are further I have more time to aim and get a hit on target.

I have since found a site that records the total number of shots fired (even in vehicles)
Please refer to here: http://bf3stats.com/stats_pc/The1Eagles

At the time of writing this I had the following:
Shots: 6 554 980
Hits: 455 912
Accuracy: 6.96% This is pretty crappy if you ask me, but it shows I am not using an aimbot.
Kills: 5 563
Deaths: 1 177
K/D Ratio: 4.726
Headshots: 74
