Banned From Your BF3 FragFest East Server

Hello {FF}Aman,

It has been 3 weeks now and I have heard nothing further about this review. It would appear that I have simply been forgotten about! So to assist you further I have compiled a data comparison.

At the time of this post, here is the difference of 3 weeks of data/game play, referring to this site: http://bf3stats.com/stats_pc/The1Eagles
Shots: 6 883 260 {328 280 shots fired in that 3 week period}
Hits: 485 485 {29 573 hits on target in that 3 week period}
Accuracy: 7.05% {Slightly better than 3 weeks ago. But shows consistency with slight improvement}
Kills: 5 902 {339 kills in 3 weeks}
Deaths: 1 226 {49 deaths in 3 weeks}
K/D Ratio: 4.814 {Increase of K/D Ratio of 0.088 over 3 week period}
Headshots: 81 {Increase of 7 headshots in 3 week period}

K/H Ratio is 5902 / 485485 X 100 = 1.22%

However if you go to this site: https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/The1Eagles {which doesn’t take into account shots fired or hits on target when using vehicles:
It only records an increase in shots fired from 3856, recorded 3 weeks ago to 4006 shots now fired. The reason for this slight increase is because I managed to get 2 kills using the P90 in that 3 week period.

More importantly the hits has gone from 268 to 271 in 3 weeks. So when comparing the K/H ratio from this site: https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/The1Eagles it gives the value of 2177.86%. That is 5902 / 271 X 100 = 2177.86% But as I have already mentioned over and over this https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/ site goes into error as it does not take into account shots or hits when firing from vehicles. The calculation for this ratio should be 5902 / 485485 X 100 = 1.22% which is a very low value.

My kills per minute ratio is also quite low in the jets/chopper which is what I have mainly been using to get my kills:
F/A-18E SUPER HORNET KPM 0.51
SU-35BM FLANKER-E KPM 0.43
AH-1Z VIPER KPM 0.46
MI-28 HAVOC KPM 0.34

In that 3 week period, whilst my K/D ratio and accuracy has increased slightly, which is expected as one slowly gets more proficient, I have not been the subject of any PB violations or reports of suspicious activity or hacking. There are no reports against me from GGC or ACI.

When looking closely at these figures it should be quite apparent that they portray normal game play and you should be satisfied that there is nothing impossible or suspicious about these stats.

I then took the time to provide you with additional information which demonstrates that site has issues, as it does not record shots fired and hits on target when using vehicles and referred you to a much better site which does record vehicle stats: http://bf3stats.com/stats_pc/The1Eagles

As a result of this further information I provided to you just over 5 weeks ago, you granted me a review.

Your appeal is under review

I have never been the subject of any PB violations or reports of suspicious activity or hacking. There are no reports against me from Metabans, GGC or ACI.

Will you kindly honour that review and respectfully provide me with a reply (reason) if you continue with this ban.
