Banned?

Hello all,

Last night I was playing on your server located at http://battlelog.battlefield.com:80/bf3/servers/show/pc/1995c8af-7135-489d-81a3-c34965b2b8be/FragFest-East/
after a couple of maps, I got PB banned for "hacking". I had a friend I was with playing on the server at the same time and I had him ask why I was banned. Someone from FF said it was an automatic ban from PB, which is completely untrue becasue I do not use hack, nor have I ever. As a precautionary measure I checked my GUID, IP and alias against the PB Master list and my info is not there... so leaves me to believe that it was an admin who assumed I was hacking, and took it upon him/herself to ban me.

How do we go about lifting the ban?

Any idea what happened, and/or how to prevent it in the future? I did have fun playing on your server and would like to continue playing there without fear of being kicked or banned.
