I know that feeling bro... TOO much space used in games xD.
Hopefully a good format to your pc will fix your issue, but it sounds like some sectors in your HDD might be foulty, I recommend you to run a scandisk after you have your pc running.
The other possible reason might be the RAM, a sector of one of your memory could be damaged. you can run a MEMTEST to confirm this :D

I had on mind that too...I already format it and stills having some issues i will take your advice i run thoose programs and see how it goes

Now that you format and did a clean install of windows 10 ? it is to late but you can still watch this video to see if this was your issue and maybe was the fix.

OK, Here is an update
The first Day i Format it saving some of my files and it stilled having the same problem so what i did was try out the video that Amanxx show me /Thanks for that btw/ I didn't fix my problems either so the last thing that i can imagine is my problems is my HDD i will do some test as Yamaha said ty for that too and see what happens

Man, in my opinion, looks like the issue comes from a faulty RAM, when this happens the information is not correctly stored there, and if this happens during the installation or loading of windows, the results are similar to what you are describing, check them with the me test, it will tell you which one has the issue
